Every correction we've made, with the original error and the fix. Newest first. We don't quietly delete; we explain.

If you've spotted an error, email corrections@dmcnews.org with the URL and the specific claim that's incorrect. We respond within one trading day.

Our corrections process

  1. Reader, source, or internal review reports an error.
  2. The editor on duty verifies against primary sources within four hours.
  3. If confirmed material, the page receives a dated correction note, the body is updated, and the modification is logged here.
  4. If non-material (typo, formatting), the fix is silent.
  5. If the error originated from a source, we contact the source for clarification and may add a follow-up note.
